The basic package is available for everyone. It contains the basic functionality that Účto+ offers. Such as a full-text search that allows you to search all your documents, it also includes logging all the changes that have been made to the documents (history), a trash or chat communication. Recognition of uploaded files using OCR and many other little things that will make your daily work easier.
This package allows you to download offline backups of your agenda with easy offline viewing of your agenda. The package is available to every registered company.
Invoicing is free in Účto+. Everyone who registers a company on Účto+ gets this package. It includes easy and clear issuing of quotations, advance invoices, tax documents, billing invoices or delivery notes. All this interlinked so that you never forget to issue a tax document for a payment received or use the same invoice number multiple times.
Unlimited directory in which you can register all your suppliers and customers.
This package allows you or your accountant to easily export an agenda to your accounting software or from your accounting software to Účto+. You can also export data from Účto+ as *.xlsx or zip if you need to process the data in an alternative way.
Paid packages
Through paid packages, you get various functionalities to customize the Účto+ to your needs so that you only pay for the functionality you need. You can change packages every month or subscribe for more extended periods to get an additional discount. You also get additional storage space for your data or sub-users with some packages.
This package combines several useful functions useful for creating invoices. For example:

- Sending invoices from your own SMTP
- Text templates for outgoing emails
Received invoices or cash receipts belong to the common documents of every entrepreneur, in Účto+ you can easily keep track of them. You can upload them in your browser or use our scanning application. If you receive invoices by email, you can easily forward the emails with attachments to the email address assigned to you by the system. We process each uploaded file using OCR, which evaluates the information on the document and then gives you hints when filing.
Recording payments and tracking cash flow is one of the important tasks in business. The Účto+ allows you to track the movements in your accounts either through a direct link in your bank or through XML exports provided by your bank. In Účto+ you can then match the movements in your account with invoices or other documents you have uploaded. An automatic matching system to the recognised documents, which also includes clear previews or, for example, chat communication for specific movements, whether cash or transfers.
With this package you will always have all your contracts at hand. You can easily keep track of the validity of contracts or record payments, for example for payment plans.
The Účto+ allows you to keep a record of your communications with the authorities. These include documents that your accountant normally sends to, for example, the tax office. The Účto+ can display and process these files and generate a payment order or QR code for a simple payment. Tracking the payment of these documents in Účto+ is a matter of course.
The API package allows you to connect your e-shop system with Účto+ or issue invoices directly in Účto+ from your internal systems or other applications. With the API you can draw your data from Účto+ for example for your own internal analysis.
The travel logbook allows you to easily gain control of your company fleet or the business trips of your employees. In addition to recording journeys for specific company vehicles, the package also offers the ability to create business trip reports in a simple and intuitive way, along with help and automatic distance calculation between stops.
